A neighborhood breakfast. A market wander. Time to linger over tea. Discover the everyday side of China alongside the places you’ve dreamed of seeing — with a personal route, practical notes, and a real person reviewing the details.
A short film assembled from real photographs, with gentle motion and AI narration (Kokoro Isabella for English; system voices for the other languages). This film does not use live-action footage or a human voice recording. The English film includes on-screen captions and a quiet, original instrumental score. The selected language changes the narration, captions, and transcript; the website text remains in English.
Pull up a chair for a simple Beijing breakfast. Try a sesame-topped shaobing, or get curious about miancha — a savory porridge finished with sesame paste, despite the “tea” in its name.
What your plan adds
A breakfast-stop suggestion, Chinese dish names, ordering notes, and a nearby walk if you feel like lingering.
A good fit for
Early risers and curious eaters who enjoy a small, everyday ritual.
Food note · Sesame and wheat may feature; check ingredients and preparation with the venue.
Take a gentle walk through the lanes around the Drum Tower and Shichahai. Notice courtyard doorways, pause by a neighborhood shop, and leave room for a drink rather than another sight to tick off.
What your plan adds
A suggested walking sequence, bilingual place names, a rest-stop idea, and notes on distances and getting back.
A good fit for
Travelers drawn to street photography, architecture, and everyday city life.
A living neighborhood · Stay on public lanes. Ask before photographing people; private courtyards are not part of the route.
Sit down for zhajiangmian: noodles with a savory soybean-paste sauce and fresh toppings. Mix, taste, and enjoy a meal that gives you a reason to pause between neighborhood walks.
What your plan adds
A noodle-shop suggestion, what to look for on the menu, an estimated meal budget, and a nearby alternative to check if plans change.
A good fit for
First-time visitors who want a local meal with a little help navigating the menu.
Food note · Wheat, soy, and meat are common. Vegetarian options and allergy suitability need venue confirmation.

Before you begin
Good questions. Clear expectations.
What do you mean by local experiences?
Everyday places and activities that suit your interests: a neighborhood breakfast, a market walk, or time to explore local crafts. The aim is a more personal trip, not a promise of secret places or exclusive access. Suggestions depend on your dates, access, and availability; paid activities are separate.
Will I be exploring on my own?
Yes. This is an itinerary planning service for independent travelers. Tell us how comfortable you feel with unfamiliar transport, language, and walking routes so we can take that into account. Accompanied guiding, bookings, and live support during your trip are not included.
Do you book hotels or tickets for me?
Our service provides itinerary planning and booking guidance. You make your own bookings; travel purchases are not included in the planning fee.
What does one round of changes include?
One consolidated set of adjustments within the agreed trip dates, length, destinations, and service scope. Larger changes would be discussed and quoted separately before work begins.
How soon will I receive my itinerary?
A delivery date is confirmed after reviewing your request. Turnaround and availability for urgent departures are confirmed individually.
Can I send a request or pay here?
You can send a planning request using this form. We’ll review your interests and reply by email with any questions and a quote. You decide whether to proceed after the scope, fee, and delivery date are agreed. This page does not take payment or make bookings.
